To say it was an honor to work with Adobe is a crazy understatment. Adobe reached out to me last summer and sent me a pre-release of CS6 so I could play and explore with the new software. They wanted me to create my own version of the classic Adobe illustrator Venus image using the new CS6 version of Illustrator. It was such an honor to get the new AI so early! Illustrator really has several new features and pure awesomeness in the new release. You can read and download my how-to-guide over on Adobe's site here. I walk through my process creating my illustration and talk about some of the new features in CS6. One of the features I love is the new pattern tool. Adobe and I even made a shopping bag from several of the patterns from my illustration. Such an honor to test out a new and improved tool I use everyday.
